How Noodles Affair Came to Life
Noodles Affair was born out of a deep passion for cooking hygienic and delicious meals. After facing over a decade of setbacks in different life endeavours such as marketing, factory work, and more, our founder, Chef Emmy Green, decided to pause, reflect, and transform his passion into a purpose-driven business.
Starting humbly as a small outlet selling noodles and corn-pudding (agidi) with pepper soup at El-Bella Hotel in a modest space, Noodles Affair quickly gained traction due to dedication, passion, and commitment. Today, it stands as one of the most loved fast-food restaurants in Benue Zone C—a testament to resilience and the power of following one's calling.

Years of trying different jobs and paths—from marketing to factory work—shaped the determination behind Noodles Affair.
Noodles Affair opens as a small stand at El-Bella Hotel, serving noodles and agidi (corn pudding) with pepper soup in a cosy space.

Founded in 2021 by Chef Emmy Green, a graduate with a National Diploma in Marketing from Benue State Polytechnic, Ugbokolo, Noodles Affair is dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences—whether you're dining in, ordering out, or hosting an event.
